This included ensuring all matters are to be managed professionally and with empathy to understand the employees needs at the stage of their career transition journey, providing support and services to influence a positive experience and improved health, and ensures return to work outcomes are met.

I had an extensive career within the Australia Army. I have played an integral part in defending my country on multiple deployments overseas, I had the honour of being part of the strategic planning for the first amphibious force within the Australian Defence Force, I also saw myself providing liaison in peacekeeping missions. I was privileged to work with some of the highest performers in the Australian Army that will live on forever in our memories.
