Responsible for all TD/TM related topics from strategic & operational perspectives in Merck Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Chanel Development and Distribution function.Including 2 affiliates and 5 functions: i.e. talent management, training management principles, guidelines, learning development, communication management etc.Key stakeholders for global healthcare training team, Regional liaison with global training and China LD team.Main Initiatives:➢ From 0 to 1 designed and developed the Middle Manager Program to facilitate manager group learning. Enable all managers to know individual leadership style and understand the linkage between style and organization performance. Organize and facilitate peer coaching in the manger group➢ From 0 to 1 designed and developed the Front-line Leadership Program and rolled out to all successors and potential candidates, provide “survival kit” to all new people manager to accelerate the transfer➢ From 0 to 1 designed & implement Train the Trainer (TTT) Program in Pharmaceutical site to qualify the first wave internal trainers and develop courses base on business needs➢ From 0 to 1 organized Live training session and work as facilitator to enable all subject topic experts at the same time join live as trainer.➢ From 0 to 1 built regional sharing community and create brand SEEK platform to bridge best business practices & experiences among function➢ From 0 to 1 lead SEED E-learning system and integrate all kinds of technical courses into systemRoutine Roles & Responsibilities:➢ Annual training plan: steer yearly function training plan according to business needs and lead all training execution and related data review➢ Learning & Development: Design, develop, and roll-out leadership or talent development events or projects in the region based on regional performance review results, the needs for regional succession planning, and the needs to develop & retain critical talents for key functions in the countries.

1. Handle onsite employee hiring and exit life cycle that including recruiting, onboarding social benefits operation, payroll and exit process. 2. Assist to international assignee mobility: visa, employment permit, residence permit application, support local hire foreigner's benefit yearly review.3. Office facility management including transportation, expatriate accommodation, outing, annual dinner and other event organization

Coordinate staff on board issue including traning and introduction. Collect and update employee database.Support HR Rep to orgnaize annual dinner.
