Military Spouse With over four years of experience in Human Resources and Education, I am a dedicated and reliable professional who excels at managing personnel actions, employee relations, recruiting, using various HR systems, and providing excellent customer service. I have a Master's degree in Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside.Currently, I work as a Program Analyst at Naval Station Training Command, where I manage all of the Navy Recruit Training Command’s (RTC) Manpower including Enlisted, Civilian, and Officers. I submit weekly reports to my supervisor and monthly reports to RTC’s Captain(CO), Commander(XO) and Command Master Chief(CMDCM). I perform outstanding verbal and written communication, and handle personal and classified information with utmost care and confidentiality. My mission is to support the Navy by ensuring all billets are filled appropriately to meet the need of the Command and decrease the risk of injuries to the Recurits.
