Programme Professional on a Client site for a large Nuclear Engineering specialist. Manpower provide a managed service for the client. My role was to manage the contract recruitment process for over 10 client sites and assist in managing the supply chain that supply into those locations.

Account Manager on the Public Services team, specialising in contract and permanent recruitment. I provide hands on support to a number of high profile government clients and also act as a liaison between the delivery team and the end client.

In this role I managed a team of contractor Care administrators who provided support to the recruitment teams across various offices in the UK & Ireland. My team managed their own contractor books of between 100 - 150 contractors for a large number of clients accross the IT, Government, Health and Finance Sectors. In total my team were responsible for providing support to circa 1000 contractors. As part of my role I successfully sourced, trained, developed and mentored a team of 8 administrators both locally and remotely.
