BACKGROUND: As the 1st employee of Boeing Shanghai, have been working for Boeing 16 years. The job responsibility continued to evolve during all these years, from using SAP to ORACLE, taking over the statement of work from overseas affiliates, to be appointed as SuperUser for North-East Asia, accumulated management skills through continuous learning.ACCOUNTING: Supervise & review daily accounting activities, perform review on reconciliations between various modules of each system, Blackline Recon, etc. Team Management: Manage an outsourced accounting team of 4-6 people in India.SOP: Based on company's business, financial management needs and ERP system, prepare SOP of accounting activities, ensure the record of accounting activities are standardized.US GAAP: Work closely with US finance team to ensure the accuracy of US GAAP data and continuously optimize the efficiency of local accounting and group reporting.FINANCE ANALYSIS: Monthly consolidate financial statements, report analysis to management, including revenue/costs/expenses/profitability analyze etc, providing financial recommendations.BUDGET & FORECAST: Facilitating budget reports & rolling forecast, working closely with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and align financial goals with overall business objectives. Watch budget execution closely during the year, provide analysis between budget and actual.TAXATION: In accordance with local tax regulations, filing VAT/CIT monthly/quarterly/annually and transfer-pricing reporting, communicating with external tax consultants and government officers on various tax matters to avoid potential tax risks.AUDIT: Manage & lead annual audit work, internal audits and other matters to ensure the implementation of correct and reasonable relevant procedures.Overseas related (Australia & Hongkong): Review daily accounting activities and reconciliations etc. Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly analysis, and annual financial statements & tax filing.
