1.Purchase pantry supplies (water, coffee bean, drinks...).2.Be responsible for office environment management, such as flower ordering, reception area decoration).3.Reserve hotels, air tickets for office staff and visitors, and prepare visa application for staff when needed.4.Help leader to organize company activities such as team building and annual dinner.5.Administration vendor management, check and prepare monthly vendor payments according to Finance Policy.6.Other work assigned by the leader.

1.Assist with office manager for office's budget control2.Responsible for vendor selection and management3.Responsible for new employee training (company profile, word & excel processing, basic computer skills training, telephone system & office equipments briefing)4.Daily equipments maintenance, telephone system (PABX & IPT) support, library (books & journals subscription and organize the existing library), central file organization5.General IT supports for Beijing employees6.Organize office's events (monthly office cocktail, annual outing, X'mas dinner, Chinese New Year party, and other sports activities, videos edited for those office events)
