My role within the business involves improving and updating all company profiles on social media platforms to increase their following and engagement. As well as designing adverts for magazines and creating a new website that better represents the companies values and vision.

I worked within a3arc part-time during my first year of a-levels and full-time during summer. The role was predominately administrative, assisting in office manager duties and PA role co-ordinating the diary for director. Client facing, attending design meetings, programming and resource meetings and advertising.

Fast-paced, pressured entertainment environment which involved taking orders, noting allergens, and delivering to a high standard of customer service. This role also taught me a great deal how to deal with customer complaints.
