Acting as EA to the two founding partners and Office manager to the team of 13.Reviewing/proof reading contracts and complex client transactions.Invoicing, billing and creating manual journals on Xero (accountancy software)Provide excellent customer service to clients. (front of house)Update and maintain client files and databases including research and monitor of businesses for business development.Ensure CRM system is kept up to date on Capsule.Develop marketing campaigns for LinkedIn, Mail chimp.Diary management & facilitate all travel arrangements.Sourcing gifts for clients and business partners.Assist in the office relocation, conducting site visits.Organising and attending networking events throughout the finance community.Control HR system and support all employees. Including implementing HR system.

During my weekends, I regularly work for Promo House Staffing as a corporate host in the WV1 box at Wolverhampton Wanderers and other events such as Arnold Sports at the NEC. I am constantly networking throughout the West Midlands and always willing to go the extra mile via working in my spare time.
