Flyte er paraplyorganisasjonen for alle aktører som jobber for å redusere antallet drukningsulykker i Norge. Flyte ble stiftet våren 2022 av Redningsselskapet, Norges Svømmeforbund, Norges Livredningsselskap, Norges Padleforbund, Den Norske Turistforening og NTNU, og med støtte fra Hans Herman Horns stiftelse. Flyte samler i dag 14 medlemsorganisasjoner, og arbeider med å lede og koordinere det drukningsforebyggende arbeidet. Målet er å redusere antallet drukningsulykker, og Flyte jobber blant annet med å få vedtatt en nullvisjon for slike ulykker.

I was the media spokes person for the Nordics. ___As Country Director Nordic: Provided full range of general management for Nordic countries, conducted direct selling to ~ more than 30K distributors / entrepreneurs. Led all aspects of Sales, Marketing, Distribution/Member Services, as well as working in close relation with my partners of Finance, Legal, Fiscal, Distributor Compliance, IT, and Logistics in my region. In charge of establishing a new department of Innovation at Mills after merger with Delikat Fabrikker AS. Responsibilities: Mills' Board of Innovation and The Innovation Process. The Innovation departement includes: Innovation portfolio, Project leaders, Food research, Nutrition, Food technology and developement, Packaging Developement. Mills recieved the Norwegian Innovation Prize 2007.Mills is now (2009) a leading innovation food manufacturer company in the retail market.
