Developed and managed Community Budget Suggestions, an online mapping tool for residents' to request capital budget improvements in Community Board Six's district. The project is intended to increase community involvement in local planning and development, while making the City’s budget process more democratic and responsive to local needs.Responsible for project management; inputting past budget requests; writing all associated text; working with developers to edit the appearance and improve usability of the map; designing an outreach campaign to promote the map to the general public and press; executing said outreach plan; managing and responding to requests; and compiling reports for the Community Board's use with generated data. Presented the tool to various Community Board committees and groups.
