- Working with key stakeholders to develop and maintain the company’s overall external appraisal and revalidation service- Working with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a suite of policies and procedures relating to appraisal, clinical governance and revalidation- Completing the company’s Annual Organisational Audit and interim Annual Organisational Audit reports- Promoting the company’s services via website, social media, advertising etc.- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding complaints, incidents and investigations- Developing the company’s systems including website to support the appraisal and revalidation service- Maintaining a schedule of training events and supporting material for internal staff- Review and recruitment of appraisers- Assisting the Business Development Team with requests for information from clients

Role made redundant due to COVID-19.- Development and implementation of marketing communication plan with key stakeholders to increase brand awareness- Supporting the client services department to maximise revenue generation- Updating and maintaining marketing material- Collation of information for promotional marketing material- Working with internal key stakeholders to produce high quality marketing material - Maintain a wide range of templates and documents - Ensure accuracy of marketing material; copywriting, proof-reading etc.- Create copy for email campaigns- Develop and maintain company style guide and social media policy- Overseeing the social media strategy with key stakeholders - Build and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms- Create and maintain social media content calendar across all social media platforms
