Pump Package Supply and Pump Repair Project:- Review purchase order contract, especially on technical scope.- Project coordination with other department.- Preliminary technical calculation (NPSH & head loss, Hydraulic analysis, Stress analysis, Fluid mechanic, and related Machine elements).- Prepare GAD (General Arrangement Drawing) and other technical document.- Making IIR (Incoming Inspection Report) for proposal to customer.- Technical research & detailing component.- Prepare sectional drawing (to inform internal component and material of pump).- Coordinate with customer and respond all comment on submitted document.- Prepare construction, machining and fabrication drawing.- Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) required for each project.- Coordinate with fabrication and assembly staff.- Prepare performance test drawing for special pump.B. PT. BCU Internal Project / Equipment Improvement:- Analyze the root cause.- Provide several options to solve the problem.- Meetings for general concept discussion.- Provide construction layout of final concept.- Provide construction, machining and fabriaction drawing.- Provide material request.- Supervise and coordinate with operators during job execution.
