I work directly with various levels of customer management and the Comdata sales team to effectively and professionally manage large customer projects. I implement large, complex customer projects at the pre-sale and post-sale activity through completion of the project life cycle. I represent Comdata onsite with clients for project planning; scope of work deliverable definition/documentation; ongoing project management activities. I also represent the IPM department as a subject matter expert of expense management tools.

o Assist with the evaluation and assessment of customers' human resource needs. Gather information to understand needs and expectations and identify human resource issues and concerns. Provide accurate and timely information to leaders and staff regarding the appropriate application of human resource policies and procedures.o Maintain data and information systems used in the analysis of human resource needs and issues. Ensure accurate, complete and timely availability of data.o Define data requirements for standard and ad hoc reports; perform downloads from databases. Produce reports, using a variety of software applications, for use in analyzing and providing appropriate responses and recommendations to customers.o Assist in the development and delivery of communications and training programs to customers.o Participate in the review and analysis of human resource processes and procedures. Make recommendations for process improvements and systems enhancements to better address customer needs and improve customer service.
