I previously worked on a campaign for Student Finance England (SFE) from August 2022-November 2022. I assisted mostly students with their applications, evidence and ensuring they received the highest possible funds available to them. I developed a greater understanding in my financial knowledge as well as learning to manage my emotions in an environment that can get quite upsetting/stressful. Currently I am working on a campaign with Virgin Money which I started in November 2022. In this campaign I have learnt to use a wide range of skills such as strengthening my communication, attention to detail and critical thinking. As majority of the customers are elderly, I have taken part in vulnerable customer training. So, I can provide the best possible experience for our customers suffering with long term illnesses, health conditions and financial hardship. I have learnt to demonstrate empathy and patience throughout any interaction with our customers to ensure they leave feeling satisfied with the service provided.
