Business is such a field of interest to me because there are so many different routes that one could go with this. I am a driven business student who aspires to manage my own company. I have always had a passion for handling responsibilities and being able to obtain leadership roles in any team setting I am placed in.My greatest strength is individualization. Driven by this talent I consistently figure out what makes individuals distinct and special. I derive much satisfaction from doing this that benefit people. I enjoy having this strength because it allows me to be an effective leader. Knowing how individuals operate and what talents they bring to the table allows me to guide them through executions. Volunteer WorkI have volunteered at the humane society in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. I was provided the opportunity to work with animals in need and help make their time at the shelter feel as much like home as possible.I have also volunteered at Good Will. During my voluntary hours, I made sure to provide guests with any assistance and keep the store clean and organized. I have volunteered at Buckboard Therapeutic Riding Academy. During my voluntary hours there, I was able to assist special needs children, adults and veterans in the area.All of these experiences have helped me to grow into a more caring and compassionate individual. It helped put others lives and needs into perspective and showed me the joys of helping people other than myself. It gave me a better sense of purpose knowing that I can help assist other people.
