Project Management and Planning, Team Management and Development.Accountable for planning, executing, monitoring and closing Internal or Outsourced projects to the given area according to KPIs, stakeholders and budget. Accountable for managing resources to execute such projects (budget, equipment, vehicles, etc). Team Management Responsibilities, which may include team training and development, performance management, setting goals, follow up on individual projects/assignments, follow up in team development plans, etc.project planning trough PMP methodologies and GIS (Geographic Information System) tools.

Within the Regional Map Content area I am responsible for Project Management and Team Management in Leon Field Office.

* Main responsible for performance management. career development plan of subordinate employees, performanceappraisals, and serving as mentor or trainer of new employees.* Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of assigned members of a team to ensure the tasks and processesnecessary to complete the project are being performed within the prescribed time frame. * Project Manager of assigned projects either project with my team and/or cross functional projects with other departmentsaround the world. (I.E. Serving as project manager between RMC Mexico, Production Operations and a contractor fromIndia implementing innovative coding and communication solutions to move cultural barriers)* Responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders, driving local source data acquisition activities andengagement of expert communities.  * Responsible of interview and hire candidates to Geographic Analyst to conform Leon and Monterrey Teams.* Hired and trained 13 people of staff.* Conduct database testing, QA and inspection within a defined area as part of database ownership.* Participating closely with geographic analysts in the surveying, geocoding and planning of the projects assigned to myteam in order to detect best practices and opportunity areas for my team.* Initiated rollout of a new office in Monterrey, exceeding company expectations and leading two teams simultaneously (Leonand Monterrey Offices) approximately 20 people.* Responsible of the office administration tasks such as equipment acquisition, vehicle management, supplies purchasing,etcetera.

Georreferenciación de puntos de riesgo asociados con fenómenos Químico-Tecnológicos. Así como la simulación de desastres para dichos puntos en base a su posición geográfica, condiciones ambientales y tipos de sustancias químicas almacenadas.Participación en la elaboración del Atlas de Riesgos de la Ciudad de León, Gto.Participación en proyectos ambientales, de construcción ecológica y de innovación (Tecnopolos).Participación en el desarrollo y elaboración del libro "La Casa Ecológica" (José Luis Palacios, Et. Al) y "León Verde" (José Luis Palacios, Et. Al), ETC

Asesorías ambientales, así como la elaboración de diferentes proyectos (Manifestaciones de Impacto y Riesgo Ambiental, Planes de Seguridad y Protección Civil).Asesoría y elaboración de planes de manejo integral de residuos.Impartía capacitación en temas de Educación Ambiental, uso de sistemas de Información Geográfica (GIS) con aplicación en temas medio ambientales y también, asesoría en el manejo de Riesgo y SEH.
