Serving as project manager between RMC Mexico, Production Operations and a contractor fromIndia implementing innovative coding and communication solutions to move cultural barriers)* Responsible for communicating project status to stakeholders, driving local source data acquisition activities andengagement of expert communities. * Responsible of interview and hire candidates to Geographic Analyst to conform Leon and Monterrey Teams.* Hired and trained 13 people of staff.* Conduct database testing, QA and inspection within a defined area as part of database ownership.* Participating closely with geographic analysts in the surveying, geocoding and planning of the projects assigned to myteam in order to detect best practices and opportunity areas for my team.* Initiated rollout of a new office in Monterrey, exceeding company expectations and leading two teams simultaneously (Leonand Monterrey Offices) approximately 20 people.* Responsible of the office administration tasks such as equipment acquisition, vehicle management, supplies purchasing,etcetera.
