• Designed and implemented service catalog that allowed users to order company phones and/or tablets through the use of workflow automation that generated tasks allowing for easy tracking and fulfillment of orders.• Created robust Incident Management System that allowed users to create incidents that the system would autogenerate supporting tasks for those incidents. Workflows would assign tasks to appropriate users based on custom groups/roles and follow through the process of fulfilling those tasks and closing them accordingly based on completion.• Developed custom ServiceNow ITSM Application that functioned as a product ordering service including a custom Service Catalog built into the company's Knowledge Base. Allowed users to browse products and services, make requests that were auto assigned to corresponding groups and tracked fulfillment of products/services. The completion of this application utilized the management of users, groups, and roles, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, and catalog items in order to make a fully functional product.

• Researched and translated aviation documentation to proprietary code to be used by field engineers to test real-time flight vulnerabilities.• Produced and maintained Python scripts to support automated creation of proprietary aviation code.• Built beta React Framework GUI that integrated with existing company software to allow users to write their own aviation proprietary code.
