This work inspired decades of research in creating a one-of-a-kind talent assessment survey which measures whether or not individuals and companies are customer centric and service oriented and created and pioneered the focus areas of “Customer Experience Psychology" and "Travel & Hospitality Psychology", specializing in transforming the art of hospitality through the science of psychology.As a founding faculty member at Georgetown University’s Masters of Hospitality Global Leadership Program, I taught Leadership & Ethics with a focus on linking ethics with employee experience and company cultures. I was honored with the Georgetown University Teaching Excellence Award in 2016.
