Additionally, I support outreach and education efforts focused on electric vehicles and provide meeting and facilitation support at stakeholder groups for GPI's electric vehicle work including Drive Electric Minnesota, Midcontinent Transportation Electrification Collaborative, Regional Corridor Collaborative, and others. As a graduate student fellow, I supported both Oxfam America and Oxfam Malawi implement and monitor the Behind the Brands campaign. The campaign motivated the ten largest international food and beverage companies to improve their policy and practice related to land, women, farmers, workers, climate, water, and transparency along their entire supply chains. With Oxfam in Malawi, I conducted research with the farmers, government officials, and civil society organizations to understand their relationship to sugar mills and companies. Further, I worked with the Lilongwe office to develop the theory of change, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework to assess the campaign progress over the next five years.I also helped compile my preliminary learning with data from other Oxfam affiliates into a gap analysis for the Behind the Brands initiative. As Assistant Project Manager I monitored projects in newly formed infrastructural works department. This included tracking project activities and resources, and conducting evaluations. I was also the lead on supplier management, and facilitated communication between the onsite team, head quarters, and other stakeholders.

As business development manager I streamlined the office management by incorporating computerized project management systems throughout the organization. I was also in charge of compiling the Daily Progress Reports (DPR). As liaison between the industry partners and Cornerstone Builders I drafted agreements, memos, and contracts. I also restructured tender submission process and helped secure the organization's first large infrastructure project.

I was part of the first organizing committee for the Markhor conference and helped launch Pakistan’s first wilderness-based youth conference. As a 'Shepherd' at the Markhor 2013 conference I headed a team through the leadership development activities and led brainstorming sessions for 'Social entrepreneurship in Pakistan'.

As a director at the Incoming Exchange department I developed and nurtured relationships with the corporate sector and created opportunities for foreign interns in Islamabad. I also coordinated development projects with NGOs to utilize student talent at the organization. During my tenure at AIESEC in Islamabad I enhanced partnerships with international AIESEC partners to achieve 50% increase in foreign intern arrivals, and improved the intern reception and hospitality protocols.
