Working as a Service Representative at a destination with more than 6000 arriving guests every week is a demanding job with many active working hours, 24 hours service and the need of being highly flexible. In this job I have learned much about service, customers, demands, flexibility, responsibility, teamwork, communication, leadership, presentations and a lot about myself. I have had welcome meetings for all kinds of people in the amounts from 4-120 pr. meeting - and I love it. I have had excursion with the responsibility of up to 120 guests as well. And I have learned about culture both within scandinavia after working with guests from both Denmark, Sweden and Norway, but also outside of Scandinavia. A job I have been very proud of doing!

I was responsible for the Instagram takeover strategy, and the strategy for greater user interaction and increased number of members in an upcoming group on Facebook (Ladies First Aalborg). Here I was also responsible for PR of this new network - attached you see one of the results from my press release. Besides that, I have been live-tweeting from the network meetings and setting up events.Ladies First is a career and entrepreneur network for women. I have been arranging three courses in Wordpress, from the research of the members wants and needs to the execution of the events.

As an Experience Guide, I have had the responsibility and honour to give customers the best experience. I alone, have been managing all the customers on the specific event. As a Promoter, I have been encouraging people to buy the products, and advised them about the different products. This was done with success in a market with lots of competitors.

Helping the marketing department promoting the first EDUdays in Aalborg. Handing out flyers, talking to potential visitors and assisting at fairs. EDUdays is the biggest study abroad fair in Denmark and our event in Aalborg became a huge success.

Leader of a national group of 19 children plus an international group of 30 children from five different nations. Together with a local leader I was arranging activities twice a day, plus having other duties meanwhile. A demanding job with lots of working hours and responsibility.

In this job, I learned how to cope with all kinds of customers; hopefully making them leave the store happier, or as happy as they entered. This department is sometimes really busy, having the responsibility for return of products, goods handout and home delivery. Due to this, I’m used to work in a busy atmosphere and still being able to handle the customers’ complaints and maintain an overview of the whole department.
