Current• Working in collaboration with the People & Culture Leadership team to support the delivery and reporting of the people strategy.• Supporting the successful implementation of a new HR Management System (SuccessFactors), alongside supporting stakeholders with the new system requirements.• Coordinate, monitor and prepare employee experience and operational data, including employee surveys, people analytics and workforce planning.• Negotiating, influencing and leading managers, supervisors and employees to follow established people management and workplace relations’ processes to comply with legislative and contractual guidelines.• Provide support, advice and expertise to the organisation given the complexity of multiple industrial instruments applicable.• HR Management System (SuccessFactors) Super User, providing support to managers and employees across the organisation.• Mercer MCED Job Evaluation qualified to evaluate jobs, as well as attract, develop and retain critical talent.• Utilising Qualtrics as a Brand Administrator to build, administrate, manage and evaluate surveys and survey results for employees across the organisation.
