Elm was founded as a digital destination to teach people everything school didn’t. Our mission was to elevate mental health and raise emotional intelligence (EQ) by addressing real-life topics like career navigation, finances, and stress management. We partnered with influential voices—from NYT bestsellers to CEOs—to create courses that tackled these challenges and empowered a new generation.+ Built Innovative Learning Management System (LMS):We transformed the traditional online learning experience (i.e., watching a video and downloading a PDF) by embedding interactivity directly into the platform. Users engaged in real time with course content, answering questions and interacting within the platform itself. Our LMS also adapted to different learning styles—whether auditory or visual—to deliver a personalized, engaging experience.+ Developed Experiential Courses with Industry Leaders:We designed, developed, and marketed a range of courses in collaboration with experts, influencers, and thought leaders. Working closely with each partner and their team, we transformed their insights into bite-sized courses that resonated with a socially engaged generation.
