I am a policy professional in higher education and public policy, focusing on governance, budgeting, government relations, and finance. As an admitted government nerd, I've found that the challenges of the public and nonprofit sectors are more than offset by the intrinsic rewards of trying to make Michigan a better place for our residents.I'm currently serving as the deputy executive for Michigan's coordinating board for public universities, and am working on converting my dissertation into a published book.
