So naturally I became an entrepreneur. I enrolled teams of scientists, economists, psychologists, musicologists and movement specialists in a series of annual learning conferences to explore tones and frequencies that touch people to the core. Business leaders use our charts to craft maps and methods to explore unknown terrain and business opportunities. My insights into patterns of communication and curiosity produce adaptive transformers. Our approach deepens and expands connections between companies and countries. We combine HI (human intelligence) with AI (artificial intelligence) to produce unexpected breakthroughs and create novel business models. I am also the President of Sage University, our corporate university, to develop the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs by collaborating with them on pilot projects and lean startups, which they organize around their passion. My team has filmed striking transformations in over 100,000 curious inquiry dialogues. My shelves and hard drives are packed with films that portray how curiosity transforms individuals and teams physically as they pursue the projects that launch new endeavors. Honesty and integrity are everything to me. There are no words for the flowing patterns that unite passionate people in productive partnerships. But we all know how it feels when we synchronize our intelligences to birth new enterprises and reengineer the existing firms that tap their talents.
