I wrote news stories about people. In my role, I ideated and pitched newsworthy content to Rappler’s senior editors, interviewed various people, and wrote people-focused stories for publication. For the said cycle, I was the lone intern of my unit. Two of my articles got published outside of my unit which were on Sports and Artificial Intelligence. My first collaborative article with Seth Fernandez, a Rappler volunteer, trended #1 on Rappler’s website. I also did work that involved ideating and executing social media content on commemorative events and important holidays as well as copies for online posts. I also collaborated with others on online executions.
