Miaya S. is a Timer at Operation Homefront. Colleagues describe her as "Miaya is a brilliant and hard-working person who knows how to communicate and bring the best out of people. I had the pleasure to work with her as a coach while she was the assistant AD for the past two years. During that time Miaya proved to be an invaluable asset not only to me but to the whole athletics department. She stayed on top of scheduling, communication, and solving any issues that came up with a smile on her face. She was able to foresee potential problems and solve them before they ever became an issue. She always checked in and made an effort to help us coaches in any possible way. Whenever I had a question about anything, she was the first person I always went to. Her caring of coaches and student-athletes is second to none.
