Maintained event and meeting calendars, coordinated communications with all departments, tracked development expenses, credit card reconciliation and reimbursements, generated PO's for all vendors and consultants, maintained financial reports binder, prepared for and attended meetings with Chief and Founder, transcribed meeting minutes, coordinated vendor relationships which included billing, reconciliation of invoices and resource gathering as it relates to our fundraising programs and materials, oversaw and coordinate computers, phones, and all other department equipment, maintained files and records concerning our programs, prepared demonstrative charts and graphs for presentations, maintained donor payments monthly along with correspondence, met and prepared Olive Crest Kids and/or alumni for video, photos and appearances for events, tracked sponsorship income and assisted with miscellaneous errands and tasks as needed.
