Creative/Design Director with experience delivering award-winning design and advertising solutions for major brands in the U.S. and Latin America, including 7 Fortune 100 companies, leading advocacy, environmental groups and major U.S. political office-holders.Mále has 20+ years of experience in the design and marketing industry. She has directed some of the industry’s most innovative campaigns, product launches, and integrated campaigns. She directed Heineken’s award-winning advertising efforts when the brewery decided to enter the growing and competitive U.S. Hispanic market. She led the creative team behind HSBC’s national guerrilla marketing efforts as well as integrated experiences for AVAYA, BearingPoint, CitiCorp, DIAGEO, DoubleClick, McDonald’s and Panasonic. As the agency’s global creative leader, Mále directs experts in New York, Belgrade, Mexico and Argentina. She was born and raised in Mexico and studied graphic design at Universidad Iberoamericana and Parsons.
