Using my experience from MicroMetrics, I started a personalized cold out-reach program to generate interest in the FranchiseBlast system. The outreach efforts were targeted towards CEOs, VPs, and Director of Operations of franchises with 50-500 locations. I also managed all website inbounds, and reengaged cold leads. My main objective was to book demos for the CEO of FranchiseBlast to perform. These efforts helped FranchiseBlast more than double revenue in less than 1-year.

At MicroMetrics, we noticed a problem: traditional methods of collecting data from in-store customers were outdated and ineffective, meaning they either had very low response rates (<1%) or did not collect data with enough depth (they only ask a single question).We developed an iPad-based onsite survey platform that made it easy for consumers to quickly provide feedback as they leave our clients’ stores, restaurants or ski areas; this resulted in response rates that are 25X higher than industry average, without sacrificing the depth of the data. This increase in responses allowed MicroMetrics clients to better monitor the drivers that lead to increased conversion rates, purchase size & loyalty - all while collecting CASL-compliant email addresses. As an early member of the team, I built relationships with executives in various industries (retail, hospitality and QSR), helping to create a strategy that would successfully bring the platform to market. Eventually, we did just that, successfully selling the platform to international retail, QSR and hospitality chains. It was very rewarding to have successfully marketed a solution that provides significant value to businesses around the world.
