· Provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquiries and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels· Promote loan / insurance products when customer’s need are being identified to reach the sales achievement for the department· Contribute to the achieving the section’s service and sales objectives· Timely respond to customer’s feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience· Assist team head to review and allocate the resources so as to optimize the team productivity· Identify the potential improvement areas to enhance the work efficiency· Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects· Ensure all processes of the team comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements
