This is a volunteer position where I help maintain a vbulletin forum. I was formerly a moderator where my role included monitoring the forums and threads, minor admin tasks and responding to reports. I'm now an events director which involves organizing on site and off site events for the members of the forum to participate in, most of which cater to over 200 users.

The main duties were selling tickets and refreshments, cleaning the screens and directing the customers to their films.My role also included occasionally organising and advertising events that were taking place at the cinema, as part of the marketing team.

I was in charge of processing all the previous day’s paperwork and checking for any discrepancies. I’d handle telephone calls to the store and call customers when their items were available for collection. I also handled stock returns, and occasionally help on the shop floor as sales assistant. I was also responsible for cashing up all tills at the end of the day and emptying cash from the tills during busy periods.
