Since being a student in Business Management an Marketing at Nottingham Trent University, I have been able to especially enhance my people skills on a more professional level and also my knowledge of a business and marketing industry. By studying this course, I have found a bigger passion for Marketing as a lone subject with getting to know more about the industry as well as how it advances so much bigger than product development and advertising.As a student, my individual skills have greatly been improved, from structuring and writing reports to work on my IT skills and working with numerical values. In addition to this, my studies have encouraged me to work alongside individuals whom I do not know to perform team activities and presentation. Setting aside my studies, I have improved greatly as an individual, transitioning from teen surrounded by support to adult. This has taught me to ask for help when needed and rely more on myself as opposed to others.My future prospects are to develop my skills more over my years on my course and end with a job working in a Marketing sector perhaps down an Advertising route, but undecided due to the course expanding my interest in marketing and the routes the course can follow.
