Biosolids are specialized in green technology for the water and wastewater business, with special focus on sludge treatment, in terms of thermal hydrolysis and sludge drying. We target customers who understand the future of the business and how energy production can be increased and how costs can be reduced by introducing new patented technology such af Exelys® and Biocon®. Further we are specialized in the removal of heavy metals by our patented Metclean® process. All to the benefit of our clients and the environment.

As a manager for the Design Build Competence Centre I am responsible for the evaluation and risk management of new projects in tender stage, and the execution of projects in the execution stage. I refer directly to the CEO of Krüger A/S.

Design Build Contract Department (line organization), managing ~50 employees including project managers, design engineers and purchasing team, being responsible for a profit & loss (PL) centre of ~ DKK 250 million in yearly turnover. The department has delivered a consistent gross margin positively contributing to Krüger A/S results.

Focussing on development of resources and technical standards in the department following an increase in the departments turn-over. In parallel managing my own projects as a project manager.
