Responsible for managing verification of employment forms, unemployment documents for seasonal employees and terminated employees, loan forgiveness documents, and pre-employment checks in the hire/rehire/internal transfer process. In addition, enabled efficient problem resolution by assigning tickets to process owners in a timely manner.-Conduct pre-employment checks for potential hires, internal transfers, and check state guidelines for criminal disclosures -Complete Verification of Employment, teaching experience and income/wage verification documents -Conduct Unprofessional Conduct Checks for previous employees to note any sexual misconduct, physical or verbal abuse or general misconduct in the workplace towards students or other colleagues.
