Lead team of international marketing communication professionals to deliver the global advertising, global web strategy and implementation and key customer communication vehicles.Delivered BT’s largest ever business to business global communication campaign achieving the highest recorded proven recall in the first month of the campaign and significant improvement in strategic message take-out.Delivered 3 Global Advertising campaigns addressing core ICT messages to target audience achieving increasing advert recall and brand tracking results from 38% to 43% brand familiarity over the course of the year.Defined, created and implemented the new customer journey for the global services web site with full language transition and value added content.
