I am a dynamic leader who has dedicated my career spanning 20+ years to supporting for purpose sectors including NFPs, public health, local government, peak bodies and tertiary education settings through advocacy, education, engagement and governance roles. Career highlights include serving as Mayor of the City of Monash, Ministerial Adviser to a former Minister for Health, championing gender equity initiatives, leading health policy reforms and embedding engagement into governance processes.As the CEO of Gender Equity Victoria I collaborate with members and partners to address systemic barriers to intersectional gender equity.
