Responsible for the management of the academic programs of the unit, the supervision of the Language Center and the Antiquity & Middle Ages Research Centre, the management of the Humanities Prizes, and any other curricular and extracurricular initiatives and partnerships of the Division Manage a Team of Project Managers and reports to the Unit Dean and Vice-Deans.• Prepare the budget of the Division together with the Vice Dean, and responsibly comply in its implementation.• Launch of two new Bachelors. Ensure their implementation with excellence, and coordinate operational issues related to the academic programs with other internal departments as required. In particular: collaborate with the Admissions Department by participating in information sessions, openings, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with the Admissions Committee; and participate in the elaboration of the Marketing elements for the program, including brochures, webs and different materials.• Promote curriculum innovation.• Ensure timely and smooth communication and relationships with students, faculty and administration regarding academic programs.• Evaluate and improve overall student experience.

Responsible for Global Online MBA program ranked consistently no. 1 & 2 by FT. Manages a team of program assistants reporting directly to the EMBA & GOMBA Executive Director and the Vice Dean.• In charge of program development and implementation as well as innovation in the program curriculum and student experience.• Student advising (> 40 nationalities) on personal growth, overcoming academic challenges and team management, achievement orientation and work/personal life balance. Collaboration with Professors, in-company departments (marketing, planification, documentation, etc.) and external Partners. • International Trips management; extra (San Francisco, Shanghai, Dubai, Singapore, etc.).• Budget elaboration and control, as well as external providers relations.• IE Ethics Code and Well-being Trainer, and member of the MBA Final Exam Project Examining Board

Responsible for managing a 4-member team and:• Professional and executive women mentoring trough the IE Women in Business Club and the IE Net Impact Club. Value-added events organization on diversity, inclusion, work & family life balance, leadership, and corporate social responsibility, leveraging women role as change management agent.• Mentoring of +300 students from +110 nationalities per year. Providing these students with the required professional and personal skills (leadership, team management and networking) to succeed in the coordination of more than 150 IE Student Clubs.• Corporate Culture: Launch and organization of more than 20 institutional initiatives, developing a sense of Company Commitment and belonging of the IE Community (students, professors, employees, and alumni (IE Winter Ball, IE Talent Show, IECaresRun, IE Day, etc.).• Successful identification and implementation of improvement measures to optimize the department running (launch of a new online platform for the student’s management and communication of their club activities, fostering their autonomy and growth).• Search of interdepartmental synergies. Offering a more personalized service according to the needs of the different students’ profile (full-time, part-time, exchange, …).• Collaboration in the integration process of the two previous independent departments, in charge of the co-curricular activities. Successfully achieving one only, integrated and solid department, which shares the same strategic objectives aligned with the new department guidelines.• Operational Budget control of the Department activities. Search of sponsors (El Corte Inglés, Las Rozas Village, Air France, IBM, Johnson&Johnson, etc.) for events like the LGTB@work Conference, the New Chinese Year Celebration, or the IE Healthcare Club Annual Conference.• Providers supervision during the events organization.

• Responsible for Executive and Part Time MBA programs (in-person format). Manages a team of program assistants reporting directly to the EMBA & GOMBA Executive Director and the Vice Dean.• In charge of program development and implementation as well as innovation in the program curriculum and student experience. • Executive student coaching and advising on personal and professional growth.• Budget elaboration and control, as well as external providers relations.

• Reporting to the Executive MBA Director and coordinating the assistants team. Academic monitoring of +900 students and advising on matters such as interships, exchanges periods, elective courses selection and professional orientation. • Responsible of the succesfull management of the MBA title oficialization according to the Bologna Plan.• Sinergies identification and implementation with other School departments (alumni, talent & careers, Campus Life, ..) in order to maximize the customer (students) experience.
