Research interests include perioperative nursing curriculum, perioperative nurse residency programs, improving perioperative nursing practice, integrating licensed-practical nurses (LPNs) into the acute care setting, and Transformative Learning Theory.Current Founder and CEO of Next Generation Nursing Consulting Firm.
