Mental Health Ontology Development – GALENOS ProjectCollaborated on the development of the GALENOS Mental Health Ontology, a groundbreaking classification framework designed to organise and synthesise the ever-expanding body of mental health research. This project tackled the critical challenge of enabling researchers, funders, and individuals with lived experience to navigate and utilise the growing evidence base effectively.The Human Behaviour Change Project, a Wellcome Trust-funded programme of work, has created an AI/ML-based ‘knowledge system’ to find research reports in a given area of behavioural science, extract key information from those reports using an ‘ontology’ of behaviour change interventions, and predict intervention outcomes in novel scenarios.- Coded more than 200 articles to identify categories of different Ontologies: Schedule & Dose, Style of Delivery, Human Behaviour, Behaviour Change Techniques and Engagement. Performed inter-rater reliability analysis.Performing research tasks for the Complex Urban Systems for Sustainability and Health (CUSSH) project which aims to deliver key global research on the systems that connect urban development and population health https://projectcussh.org/ - Qualitative analysis of a workshop with academics, professionals from housing associations and retrofit organisations. - Developing a behavioural system map to Analyse barriers to accepting retrofitting work by social tenants. Propose actions to be performed by housing and retrofitting associations- Writing a paper on the understanding of human behaviour in system dynamics
