- Wrote the grant proposal in collaboration with the team to perform a citizen science project on mental health help-seeking behaviours of adolescents and young adults in the Netherlands.- We secured funding for the project provided by IMPETUS program from the European Commission- Provided technical knowledge on participatory methods and behavioural systems mapping.- Designed with the team the research strategy, EDI, ethical management of data and citizen engagement strategies.- Collaborated in developing the impact assessment plan- We will co-develop activities for adolescents to research about barriers, enablers, behaviours and actors involved in the system of mental health help-seeking.- I will be in charge of co-managing the project.

Mental Health Ontology Development – GALENOS ProjectCollaborated on the development of the GALENOS Mental Health Ontology, a groundbreaking classification framework designed to organise and synthesise the ever-expanding body of mental health research. This project tackled the critical challenge of enabling researchers, funders, and individuals with lived experience to navigate and utilise the growing evidence base effectively.The Human Behaviour Change Project, a Wellcome Trust-funded programme of work, has created an AI/ML-based ‘knowledge system’ to find research reports in a given area of behavioural science, extract key information from those reports using an ‘ontology’ of behaviour change interventions, and predict intervention outcomes in novel scenarios.- Coded more than 200 articles to identify categories of different Ontologies: Schedule & Dose, Style of Delivery, Human Behaviour, Behaviour Change Techniques and Engagement. Performed inter-rater reliability analysis.Performing research tasks for the Complex Urban Systems for Sustainability and Health (CUSSH) project which aims to deliver key global research on the systems that connect urban development and population health https://projectcussh.org/ - Qualitative analysis of a workshop with academics, professionals from housing associations and retrofit organisations. - Developing a behavioural system map to Analyse barriers to accepting retrofitting work by social tenants. Propose actions to be performed by housing and retrofitting associations- Writing a paper on the understanding of human behaviour in system dynamics

Coordinated and developed the first Neuroscience Olympiad in Argentina.Managed team members' work to deliver the project.I liaised with international members of the organisation and gained their support. We worked together to give our event the same academic standard as the ones held abroad.Developed community activities to identify new partners and growth opportunities.

- Developed a Social and Behaviour Change Communication strategy to improve feeding practices during the critical window of 1000 days and increase the completion of scheduled vaccines for all children under 2 years in Somalia, Africa.- The startegy is embedded in the Community Health & Social Accountability Program (CHASP) from Save the Children- Applied thoroughly the Behaviour Change Wheel framework for intervention design, including the COM-B model for barrier analysis.- Performed literature review to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis- Developed intervention implementation and evaluation design.

Demonstrated excellence in communication and leadership by winning GBP 46k in scholarship provided by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, United Kingdom.I was awarded a Distinction for the MSc Behaviour Change at UCL

- Reviewed the literature for a project for institutionalized children in San Juan, Argentina. Provided evidence-based summary- Coordinated a research project on attitudes and vaccination intention for people living in vulnerable neighbourhoods in Argentina- Designed an image-based strategy to promote risk literacy and increase confidence in vaccines.- Managed the work plan for collecting, interpreting and validating data. - Survey/questionnaire development

- Designed in-person and remote courses for the Faculty of Human and Behavioural Sciences at Favaloro University- Developed examination and essay assignments to assess student understanding and critical thinking skills- Delivered lectures at courses like: General Psychology (BSc Level), Emergencies (BSc Level), Basic Processes (Emotion – BSc Level) and Social Cognition (MSc Level)

- Project: Emotional Education and Cognitive Stimulation Program in Vulnerable Neighborhoods- Developed and managed a program for children aged between 5 and 12 years old living in Buenos Aires biggest slum. - Designed and implemented program for Social Emotional Learning and Cognitive stimulation- Worked with the community to make sure it was culturally appropiate. Ensured cultural sensitivity of the program.- I was the initial point of contact for managing constructive and cooperative customer relationships. Worked with community actors.- Led the team to deliver the intervention.

- Coordinated Individual and Group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Clinical practice with adults. - Designed and delivered training modules regarding stress management and psychoeducation for families of patients with psychosis and affective disorders.- Collaborated with medical doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists and psycho social care specialists to treat patients. - Developed and implemented a program to fight against stigma of mental disorders. - Provided brief psycho social support to staff of international companies during COVID lockdown. Identified staff with psycho social stress and provided support to overcome it. Worked towards improving health of staff at different locations in Latin America
