• I perform a thorough review of submitted application, ensures complete and accurate data entry of required/appropriate information into the company’s proprietary software program.

• To ensure that the new hire employees will complete their Background Authorization Form before their start date.
• To ensure that the newly hired employee will have the same (General Ledger) - GL code to his/her supervisor and team members.
• Make sure that all details in the system are good to go.
