Honours Graduate from the University of the West of England, where I studied Computer Security for three years. In my spare time I enjoy reading, figure skating, and keeping an eye on the latest tech developments.I am currently working within IT Services for Experian Ltd, a FTSE100 company. This role is based on providing internal monitoring solutions for our systems, helping Experian to provide consistent uptime for client-facing products. Previously at Experian I worked on the Graduate Scheme, which incorporated a series of placements around the various business units both in the UK and the US, providing me with a broad understanding of the technologies supporting a modern global business.As part of my degree, I undertook a 13 month industrial placement with Hewlett Packard in Bristol, and extended this by working there part-time in my Final year through their local contractor, n-able technology services. Specialties: My Main Programming Languages are Java and Perl, however I have also studied some C++, PHP and MySQL.I am also very skilled in the use of Virtual Machines (both in a Desktop and an Enterprise Environment), and have some experience with Forensic Tools such as EnCase, FTK, and Helix.I am a well-motivated team-member who can excel at working in a team environment or independently.
