I am Life & Executive Coach, and above all I am passionate about personal and professional development.✨ MY STORYI have always been very observant. I remember noticing the details of my surroundings, listening carefully to the adults' conversations and understanding how they were able to move on in their lives. And I always came to the same conclusion: In order to have what others do not have, I have to do what others do not do and take chances.And it was with this mentality that I went on studying until I joined ISCAC in the degree in Accounting and Auditing. After finishing the course, I worked in an accounting office, in banking, in companies, in project management and even in a shopping store environment. I am very proud of this diversity because it allowed me to have contact with various realities, to know different environments, leaders and leadership styles.It is this experience that today highlights me and helps in my training and sessions.The shift from the financial world to personal training and development came about because I was not happy in the office environment. I missed contacting the public and passing on skills.The saying goes “When the disciple is ready, the master appears”, and with me it was no different.
