I "semi-retired" in 2023 after a 33-year career in banking. I was most proud during the last 16 years of my career to lead a team of authentic and accomplished professionals as we created a high-performance organization at Town and Country Bank. I am now an active investor pursuing small business acquisitions and private equity investments; I provide strategic advisory, leadership development, consulting, turnaround, and succession services; and I serve on boards of directors and volunteer for industry and community organizations. I believe money should be a source of empowerment and not a source of anxiety. I like to help people align their finances with the rest of their life and personal priorities. I like to help business owners achieve their goals and get what they want out of their businesses.
