The start of our business was small scale, primarily as a family owned startup. Our goal was to support the needs of our customers and adapt to the changing needs and cultures of businesses. As the business grew, I hold the role as Lead Project Manager. In this role I support and lead our team of Field Estimators, Project Managers and Foreman. We handle many needs in industrial and commercial environments. This includes, but is not limited to, painting, floor coatings and industrial cleaning services. We can also provide a wide variety of support through our other business relationships.

I started this role as a Painter and developed to Project Manager. This role provided me with the core skill sets and experience to help provide the customer with robust solutions to their problems. This role also helped me see the importance of the relationship with the customer and the need as a future business owner to keep this at the forefront of my focus areas.
