My job title was “Breaker” My position was to sort through broken cases of alcohol marked as “breakers.” I had to salvage what I could through good quality assurance, as well as maintain a high production output to keep up with the amount of breakage coming in. I was an important asset to making the company back money that originally had been marked as a loss.

Aside from taking orders and handling money from patron’s. I also mixed milk shakes, scooped ice cream, fried fries, and also fronted grocery items for Braums’ convenient grocery store. In my time of working at Braums I was also a closer, and even had the role of cleaning the lobby.
