- Responsible for all aspects of automotive performance related modifications in a facility that caters to various forms of “high end” racing customers including (Drag, Circle track and LSR)- Other responsibilities include planning, scheduling and the on time completion of complex customer automotive projects for national competition as well as features in media publications. - Technical skills include understanding and operating various (and constantly changing) computer systems utilized for tuning foreign and domestic automotive “Engine Management” systems, operating Chassis Dynamometer controllers and using equipment to diagnose and resolve OBDI and OBDII trouble codes. - Design skills include metal and electrical fabrication for customer and shop race cars, welding (TIG & MIG) and custom (TV and magazine quality) engine bay layouts. - Hands on skills include engine swaps, engine rebuild/overhauls, and chassis modifications. - Other responsibilities include: - Customer service, phone support and managing the scheduling of shop tuning and service work.- Presence at national events and on internet forums. This includes regular correspondence with potential customers, and general networking.

- Responsible for assisting customers in finding the parts they need, searching for hard to find items in the computer system and/or catalog, and locating items in the store or placing orders.- Unloading shipments, scanning items into the computer, scanning items out, and verifying the number of items currently in inventory.
