I work within the Strategy and Solution Services organization of Fidelity Health Operations. My team, Business Performance Enablement, provides key consultation and solution development to empower Fidelity Health Operations to deliver best-in-class customer experience at scale. In addition, I lead projects that focus on multi-year operations and digital operating model initiatives, process re-engineering, management systems and business intelligence.
