Perform repetitive tasks for weeks in a row with little to no variation.Quickly maneuver OP Lift to the proper area and stow items in the correct type bin.Compete with fellow employees in regards to the “rate of stow” to avoid being sent home due to lack of usefulness on slow days.Offer help to others who are lost, stressed, or confused.Provide the positive motivation needed by everyone to keep morale up.

Self-motivated to remain busy and find objectives to accomplish around the store during a shift. Required to maintain a pristine kitchen by keeping surfaces clean and displayable throughout the shift.Required to maintain a neat storefront by pulling forward product on the shelves according to standard first in, first out procedure.Accurately handle cash, perform register tasks, and calculate quick basic mathDe-escalate and resolve conflicts with guests and other crew membersResponsible for teaching new crew members professional customer service, quality assurance, and productivity in order to create an efficient, friendly, and valued group of crew members. Tasked with replenishing the deep-freezer’s quarts and bulks of ice cream on a daily basis. This could take upwards of an hour in sub-zero conditions.
