With almost 20 years of experience in church planting, mission work, pastoring, and team development, I have demonstrated a passion for community engagement and organizational growth. Beginning with leadership roles in New York City and New Orleans, I contributed to the establishment and expansion ofmission-minded church plants, fostering meaningful community connections and impactful projects. Transitioning to Costa Rica, I co-founded a thriving Christian missions organization and church. Here, I focused on sustainable poverty alleviation programs and leadership empowerment, driving initiatives that uplifted communities and nurtured future leaders. This international experience honed my skills in cultural sensitivity and adaptability, enabling me to effectively communicate and build relationships across diverse backgrounds.Returning to the United States,I set out to expand my career and bring my expertise to new heights, eager to add value to any company or organization I join. Embracing new challenges, I leverage my extensive experience in strategic planning and leadership development to drive organizational growth and foster community impact. By crafting and executing strategic initiatives, I aim to enhance organizational effectiveness and engagement, ensuring that each project aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
