This is my current position and one that I am very excited to share. As a Research and Development Engineer at ARC Labs, I have the opportunity to expand my knowledge of machine learning, control systems and robotics through the Autonomous Transmission Infrastructure Monitoring (ATIM) project. This project involves the development of an Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) capable of, monitoring and inspecting the condition of various Infrastructures of the power utilities transmission system. As part of this project, I have:Designed and implemented deep learning systems (hardware and software) pertaining to the UAV under development. Performed extensive research in the fields of machine learning, object Detection, and relevant industry standards. Sourced electrical components and performed electrical troubleshooting.Created and maintained versioned technical documentation for relevant sub-system designs and builds using cloud-based solutions.

Reviewed documents regarding safety, sanitation, and general production work procedures ensuring that all documentation was updated and adhered to the relevant protocol.Rearranged, documented, and sorted all official work procedure documents and created a database in Microsoft Excel where all documents could be easily accessed by their name, number, and category.Created and updated production log templates using Microsoft Office Suite and ensured that the logs had the appropriate fields to be filled in.
